InfidelityLens provides informational results based on publicly available and user-submitted data. We are not a private investigator, law enforcement agency, or consumer reporting agency. Results should not be treated as legal evidence or used for any FCRA-regulated purpose (employment, credit, tenant screening, etc.).

Your Responsibilities

You agree to use InfidelityLens only for lawful purposes and only to search information about individuals you have a legitimate personal interest in. You will not use results to harass, stalk, or harm another person.

Payment & Billing

Unlocking a full report is a one-time payment — a single charge, disclosed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. There is no subscription and nothing recurs automatically.

No Warranty

InfidelityLens is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any result.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfidelityLens is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on a report.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
