We collect the search information you provide (phone number, email, or name), your gender selection, and, if you complete a purchase, your name, email, billing address, phone number, and card information via our payment processor.

How We Use Your Information

InfidelityLens is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and reports may not be used for employment, credit, insurance, tenant screening, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose.

Search information and results are retained for as long as your account remains active, then deleted or anonymized. Payment and order records are retained as required by tax and accounting regulations.
