We collect your assessment answers (beard growth pattern, history, goals), a photo if you choose to provide one, your first name and email address, and, if you complete a purchase, your name, billing address, phone number, and card information via our payment processor.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to generate your growth assessment and plan, send your results and report by email, process payment and fulfill orders, and provide customer support.

Photo Analysis

Your photo is uploaded over an encrypted connection and processed solely to generate your beard score, insights, and personalized plan. This analysis is automated: no human reviewer looks at your photo as part of the standard flow. We do not use your photo to train any models, build a facial-recognition profile, or identify you.

Data Retention & Deletion

Photos are automatically deleted no later than 30 days after your scan. Assessment answers and results are retained for as long as your account or plan remains active, then deleted or anonymized. Payment and order records are retained as required by tax and accounting regulations.
